I Have just completed the carbonation of my Racer 5 clone. It should be ready for quaffing by Sunday evening during the first round of the Six Nation Rugby playoffs. i had to suffer several Tooheys today whilst having a punt with the Yorkshire men Nick today at the Maryville Tavern. I will say that a couple of wins on the horses makes almost any beer taste a bit better.

I am heading a new direction. I soon will be promoting the opening of more new breweries and brewpubs in Australia. I also hope to start to spread the word areound the country of all the great craft beers that are available here and abroad. Keep an eye out for breaking news in the near future.
